From 'Colour You Attractive' by Christina Buscher
The Spring woman has something delicate and fragile about her - whatever her size or weight. It is her skin which gives this impression: it is light, almost
pale and transparent, but has no blue in it but always a yellow to gentle golden undertone. Some Spring types have an almost ivory complexion, others may have
tinges of red. The romantic comparison with a peach is not out of place: many women of this type have a rosy peach-coloured blush over the cheeks (but remember
- the red of the cheeks never has a bluish tone).
Many Spring women alos suffer from red blotches on their skin when excited. Others will have freckles which, if looked at closely, are not grey-brown, but golden brown. Despite this sensitive tender skin, women of this type often tan very quickly.
Most Spring types have blonde hair: flaxen, straw blonde, golden blonde, beige-blonde, or strawberry blode - the nuances vary.
What other women pay good money for, the Spring woman will often be born with - light golden strands in the hairor golden yellow tips bleached by the sun. Even as their hair ages it never becomes mousey: it always keeps it golden tinge. What is the volour of the eyes of the Spring type? As the plaette is large- from blue or blue-turquoise nad grey-green to golden brown - any colour is possible (very occasionally the eyes are a quite dark and stunning intense green).
