In the green sample I see between three and four different shades of green in between the white. In the yellow one, I see lots of green in between the different shades of yellow (in the "white" part), but I only see three shades of yellow here, too. In the red sample, I can see at least five different shades of red, and blue in between in the "white" part. At the top, there is a crescent which is distinctively more orange. I cannot see any characters, though. I suspect that if there was a blue sample there, I would not be able to see more than two shades of blue. Blue is my most most difficult color for wearing, and I have a harder time distinguishing different blues, too. Weird.
ETA Seems we are whispering in the library again? - There is a figure in the yellow sample as well, it could be a "t", but the top horizontal line is not straight, more like a tilde - so am I seeing the top part of the number 5? LOL

Interesting, Kiki!! Maybe - since we both belong to more rare color constellations/palettes - we can see traces of colors that others can't see??? Is the explanation simple - that we both need hues from the palettes not easily seen by others???
How super-interesting! Maybe people see their own spectrum better than other spectrums? Wow, that would kill Aristotle and our entire western scientific fundament!
I cannot be a "real" tetrachromat since I just see traces of characters in those tests, but I seem to see colors quite a bit better than others. This could explain my more than excellent color memory, too. I am often right on when it comes to the right undertone, strength and brightness. Saturation, however, gives me slightly more problems. I often am not quite sure - you have to give or take four or three nuances in each direction. Hm, this explains how I could not see the difference between Spring and Autumn regarding some colors. On the other hand, this does not mean much when it comes to my own palette!
Actually, it seems as if I am "too tolerant" when it comes to the less important aspects in my colors.
Some of the articles I read, supported the notion of "semi-tetrachromats" like me and us (?).
Maybe people can see only their own spectrum????
Super-interesting....are any of you into Noetic Science???
If all of this is correct, it surely seems that our culture made a grave mistake in choosing Aristotle and not Plato for our scientific fundament.
